Aspo increases EBITA sharply in Q2; planned split into two listed units announced
Aspo reports combined EBITA of EUR 17.9m for H1 (+EUR 3.1m) and Q2 EBITA of EUR 10.8m versus EUR 7.5m a year earlier. The driver was Telko with a record EBITA of EUR 8.2m and a margin of 9.8%, while ESL Shipping fell to EUR 3.8m due to dockings and weak demand. The board has decided to split into the ESL Shipping Group and the Telko Group, to be completed by the end of 2026.
