Atrys Health increases revenue in H1 2025, adjusted EBITDA falls sharply

Atrys Health raised revenue in the first half of 2025 by 7.8% to €115.8m, driven by strong oncology growth (+16.9%) and diagnostics (+9.8%), while the prevention segment stagnated. Adjusted EBITDA fell 13.3% to €21.9m, weighed down by lower R&D grants, higher drug costs and margin pressure in Portugal and Spain. Adjusted operating cash flow declined 18.2% to €15.7m; net debt stood at €163.4m with a large maturity of €142.3m in 2029.
