Audioboom schedules annual general meeting for 21 July and publishes 2025 annual report
Audioboom has sent the annual report for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025 to registered shareholders and convened the annual general meeting for Tuesday, 21 July 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in London. Audioboom initiates strategic review – sale possible
Audioboom has appointed J Goodwin & Co LLP to conduct a strategic review in which a sale of the company will be considered as an option. To date, no offer or formal approach under the UK Takeover Code has been received. The company is in talks with strategic partners and is examining options such as joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions, disposals or demergers of business units, capital returns, as well as changes to strategy or management.
