Automotive Properties REIT exceeds revenue forecast in Q2 2026

Automotive Properties REIT reported rental income of CAD 30.2 million for Q2 2026, up 22.8% and 5.7% above expectations. Diluted AFFO per share reached a quarterly record of CAD 0.263, and net cash NOI rose 20% to CAD 24.8 million. The REIT increased its annual cash distribution by about 2% to CAD 0.839 per share and maintains a 100% leased portfolio; no material leases expire through 2028.
