  • Avation sees strong fleet growth potential and large valuation gap

Avation emphasizes that supply bottlenecks at manufacturers benefit lessors and that the company profits from rising lease rates and higher values for used aircraft. The firm says its firm order book and purchase rights secure an annual fleet growth (CAGR) of at least 10% through 2030 and up to 14% with additional secondary-market purchases. Avation trades at a discount of around 50% to net asset value and plans share buybacks and increased investor-relations activities to close the valuation gap. The balance sheet shows stable operating metrics, extended debt maturities through 2031, and a fleet mix heavily weighted toward ATR turboprops and the Asia-Pacific region. » More on de.investing.com

  • Avation issues 86,058 new shares after exercise of employee warrants

Avation has allotted a total of 86,058 new ordinary shares following the exercise of the 2023 series employee warrants, representing approximately 0.143% of the voting rights. All warrants in the 2023 series have therefore been exercised or lapsed; admission to trading on the Official List and on the main market of the London Stock Exchange is expected on or around 19 May 2026. Three directors participated in the exercise, which among other effects increases Robert Jeffries Chatfield’s holding to 21.13% of the voting rights. Upon admission, Avation will have 66,921,124 issued ordinary shares and will report 60,105,058 as the total number of voting rights. » More on de.investing.com

  • Avation posts strong operational performance, loss from bond refinancing

Avation recorded USD 56 million in revenue in the first half, 100% fleet utilization and EBITDA of USD 54 million, with operating profit rising by USD 10.5 million. After tax the company reported a loss of USD 4.9 million, largely due to non‑cash costs of about USD 13 million related to bond refinancing. Despite the reported loss, Avation reduced net debt by USD 61.5 million, holds USD 104.8 million in liquidity and confirms a negative EPS outlook for 2026/2027. » More on de.investing.com
