    BCI Minerals says at the Noosa Mining Conference that its salt project in Western Australia is 85% complete and first deliveries are expected in the first quarter of 2027. The company reports A$435 million in liquidity, says it does not need external funding and expects to be operationally cash-flow positive from September 2027. Nine evaporation ponds are operational, salt crystallization is underway and 86,000 tonnes of salt are already in the crystallization ponds.
