Boozt grows strongly in Q2, shares fall after cautious outlook
Boozt reported currency-adjusted revenue growth of 13% in the second quarter, an improved gross margin of 40.1% and an almost doubled EBIT margin of 6.5%. Despite operational progress, the stock fell about 7% pre-market after a cautious outlook for the second half and the confirmation of the full-year guidance of 7–11% revenue growth. Boozt sharply raises annual outlook – stock at new 52-week high
Boozt has significantly raised its annual outlook and now expects currency-adjusted net sales growth of 7–11% (previously 3–8%) and an adjusted EBIT margin of 6.0–6.8% after raising the lower bound from 5.6%. For Q2 the company expects around 13% sales growth and an adjusted EBIT margin of about 6.5% (Q2 2025: 3.4%). Boozt centralizes purchasing processes with NuORDER platform
Boozt is implementing the B2B platform NuORDER from Lightspeed to replace previously spreadsheet-based purchasing workflows with a centralized solution for assortment, orders and product data. The platform is intended to increase transparency over the product mix, facilitate allocation decisions and assortment planning across multiple Nordic markets, and reduce manual processes.
