BuzzFeed amends credit agreement: 5 Mio. USD additional loan and 25 Mio. USD overdraft facility

BuzzFeed has amended its credit agreement with Sound Point Agency LLC and participating lenders, securing an additional 5 Mio. USD loan (fully drawn) and an authorized overdraft of up to 25 Mio. USD through February 20, 2026. The amendment covers BuzzFeed, Inc., its subsidiary BuzzFeed Media Enterprises, Inc., and other U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries; interest rates and covenants were not disclosed. BuzzFeed also reported Q2 2025 revenue up 13% to 46.4 Mio. USD, but a net loss from continuing operations of 10.6 Mio.
