Calnex Solutions has sent its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 to shareholders and announced the ordinary general meeting for 2 September 2026 at 09:00 in Linlithgow. Shareholders are offered virtual attendance via Zoom, but voting through the virtual platform is not possible; registration for virtual participants is open until 19 August 2026 at 17:30. Calnex partners with VIAVI to simplify Open‑RAN testing
