Campari Group reports solid organic growth and improved margins in 2025

Campari Group recorded organic revenue growth of 2.4% in 2025 to €1.55 billion and delivered adjusted EBIT of €637 million (margin up 60 basis points). Adjusted net income rose 3% to €386 million, leverage was reduced early to 2.5x, and cash‑flow conversion was 73%. Growth was driven by focus and investment in core brands such as Aperol and Espolòn and expansion in the US and EMEA. Italian financial police seize Campari shares worth nearly €1.3 billion

Italy's financial police have seized Campari ordinary shares owned by majority shareholder Lagfin worth about €1.29 billion. The action follows investigations into suspected tax evasion: in a previous merger, exit-tax gains of more than €5 billion are alleged to have largely gone untaxed. Investigators say there is a "fraudulent tax return"; the measure was taken after market close. Lagfin holds 51.8 percent of the shares, and Campari is valued on the stock market at more than €7 billion. » More on rnd.de
