WisdomTree placed a convertible bond offering increased to $475 million due to strong demand, maturing in 2030 and paying 4.625% annually; the initial conversion price is about $19.15. Bosch has agreed to sell 6,394,765 ordinary shares in Ceres Power, reducing its stake from 17.4% to around 14.1%. The shares will be sold to an institutional investor at a price of £0.94 each, with Ceres Power itself not receiving any proceeds from the sale.
