GALAXY Corporation holds first global virtual K-pop auditions in Los Angeles

GALAXY Corporation hosted its first open global virtual artist auditions at the El Rey Theatre, selecting over 100 pre-screened participants to compete for spots in a fully virtual K-pop group whose avatars are driven by performers’ voices, movements and personalities. The company used motion-capture and voice recordings in blind-style rounds where contestants’ real faces remained hidden, and emphasized that human performance remains central despite advanced AI capabilities.
