Chorus reports improved profit for FY2026 and raises dividend guidance
Chorus reported EBITDA of NZD 726m (+3%) for fiscal year 2026 and a net profit of NZD 37m versus NZD 4m in the prior year. Operating cash flow rose to NZD 740m, fibre connections climbed by 32,000 to more than 1.1m, and fibre revenues increased by 6%. The company raised the dividend to NZD 0.60 and set a minimum dividend of NZD 0.62 per share for FY2027; EBITDA guidance is NZD 730–760m. Chorus Aviation reports higher adjusted EPS and strong cash generation in Q2
Chorus Aviation posted adjusted EPS of C$0.83, up 54% year over year, and generated C$72.6 million in free cash flow and aircraft-sale proceeds in Q2. Adjusted EBITDA was C$50.7 million, while KADEX contributed C$16.4 million of revenue and C$1.2 million of net income in its first quarter under Chorus, performing ahead of expectations. Chorus returns to profit thanks to fiber growth
Chorus reported a net profit of $15m for the first half of 2026 after a loss a year earlier, driven by a 7% revenue increase in the fiber segment and rising ARPU. Revenue rose slightly to $506m and EBITDA to $357m; operating costs fell and capex was cut by 21%. Fiber utilisation increased to 72.4% with a target of 80% by 2030.
