Co2 Capsol secures liquidity through refinancing despite sharp revenue drop in Q1 2026
Co2 Capsol reported Q1 2026 revenue of 5.9 million NOK (prior year 24.9 million NOK) and an EBITDA of -18 million NOK, but strengthened its liquidity position through cost reductions, a 45 million NOK capital increase and a comprehensive debt refinancing. The refinancing substantially reduces scheduled repayments in 2026 and consolidates credit lines, increasing available cash. Operationally the company highlights progress on commercial projects in the US (CapsolGT) and on cement decarbonization in Europe, but slow customer decisions are a drag on near-term revenue.
