Computershare beats guidance for FY2026, stock falls despite dividend increase
Computershare reported management EPS of 1.45 AUD for fiscal 2026 (+7%) and revenue growth of 3% (5.2% on a constant-currency basis), raised the final dividend by 35% to 0.65 AUD and reported an ROIC of 36.5%. Growth was driven by Corporate Trust and Employee Share Plans, while interest income was slightly lower. Despite the results, the stock fell 4.47% to $40.61 as investors weighed the moderate outlook and potential margin pressures in Issuer Services. Computershare raises full-year guidance after robust H1, EPS rises despite interest headwinds
Computershare reports management EPS of 67.9 cents (+3.9%) for H1/26 on management revenue of USD 1.6bn (+3.9%). Management EBIT excluding margin income rose 12.0% to USD 190.8m, with the margin up 70 basis points to 16.0%. The interim dividend was increased 22.2% to 55 AUD cents, and net debt fell to USD 377.4m (net debt/EBITDA 0.3x).
