21Shares changes name of its Ethereum ETF and amends trust agreement

The 21Shares Ethereum ETF (ticker TETH) has been renamed "21Shares Core Ethereum ETF." 21Shares US LLC filed a certificate of amendment with the Secretary of State of Delaware. At the same time, 21Shares US LLC and trustee CSC Delaware Trust Company entered into a Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement reflecting the new trust name and related adjustments.
