DEME increases profit and raises annual forecast

DEME reports the strongest first half in the company’s history with revenue of €2.2bn, EBITDA of €466m (margin 21.6%) and net profit of €215m (+20%). Management raised the forecast for 2026 and expects slightly higher revenue with an unchanged EBITDA margin compared with 2025. DEME boosts margins thanks to offshore energy, turns net cash into net debt

DEME achieved revenue growth in 2025 to €4.2bn and reached an EBITDA of €931m, a margin of 22.4%, driven by the offshore energy segment with a 31% EBITDA margin.
