Derichebourg raises forecast after strong half and announces Scholz Recycling takeover

Derichebourg reported an H1 revenue increase of 7.8% to €1.83 billion and an adjusted EBITDA of just under €178 million (+9.7%); operating profit rose 22.3% to €98 million. The company has raised its EBITDA guidance for the fiscal year to €350–370 million (previously €320–350 million).
