DMG Blockchain signed a non-binding letter of intent to provide 50 MW of critical IT load to a single AI colocation tenant at its Christina Lake facility in British Columbia. The unnamed tenant is under NDA and is expected to provide an investment-grade backstop while the parties negotiate a definitive agreement that could convert the site toward AI colocation. The initial term would be 12 years with renewal rights for up to three additional five-year periods, phased delivery targeting first capacity by Dec. 31, 2026, and pricing with monthly recurring charges and annual escalations at market rates.
