Dometic misses Q2 expectations after weak demand for motorhomes and marine

Dometic reports a 5% decline in Q2 sales to 5.97 billion SEK, missing analyst estimates. Operating profit fell to 513 million SEK (consensus 637.75 million SEK) and net income was 240 million SEK; adjusted earnings per share were 1.27 SEK. Margins were pressured by higher direct material and freight costs and a 52 million SEK bad-debt charge related to West Marine. Dometic launches Recon 360 Faucet with mechanical buttons, 360° base and USB‑C

Dometic's Recon 360 Faucet upgrades its portable pump with two mechanical flow buttons (normal and high), a rotating 360° magnetic base, USB‑C charging and an LED battery meter. The unit delivers about 150 liters per charge, includes stronger magnets and metal mounting pucks, and accepts standard CPC fittings and inline filters. Dometic plans five-year €300 million bond

Dometic plans to issue a five-year bond totaling €300 million. BNP Paribas will act as stabilization coordinator, with Danske Bank, DNB Carnegie, Nordea and SEB serving as stabilization managers. The stabilization period runs until October 11, 2025, and the issue price has not yet been determined.
