Donnelley Financial introduces AI-powered iXBRL tagging
Donnelley Financial has announced an AI-powered iXBRL tagging tool designed to automate the creation of SEC financial reports and is currently operating in a controlled pilot with selected clients. The feature combines large language models with human oversight and will initially be used for Tailored Shareholder Reports and N-CSR filings in the Arc Suite as well as for Managed-Services filings; expansion to ActiveDisclosure and additional disclosures is planned. DFIN highlights security measures such as storage in a private cloud, a policy against training third-party models on customer data, and adherence to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. Wider availability is planned for the second half of 2026; the stock is trading near its 52-week low, while an InvestingPro analysis pegs a fair value of $53.56. » More on de.investing.com
