Earnz secures two new energy-efficiency service contracts in England totalling around £4.7 million. A&D Carbon Solutions has, via Fortem, won a two-year contract with Sanctuary Housing for retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades and renewable energy in Stoke on Trent and Chester, generating about £2.6 million of revenue per year and including an extension option. The newly formed National Retrofit Solutions will carry out these works. Earnz launches the "SAYE Programme 2025" in the UK: employees can save monthly over three years and receive options to buy ordinary shares at 4.2 pence per share (15% discount); withdrawal or repayment is possible at any time, exercise after 36 months. Under the Long Term Incentive Plan, nil cost options of 1,000,000 shares each were granted to CEO Peter Smith and CFO Elizabeth Lake, which vest after three years if share-price performance targets are met.
