Emaar announces $54.4 billion 'city within a city' development in Dubai

Emaar unveiled plans for a $54.4 billion masterplanned development in Dubai designed to house nearly 150,000 residents with a gross floor area exceeding 4.5 million square meters. The project will be organized into five distinct character zones including a business hub, vibrant urban district, family and young-family clusters, and an exclusive gated villa enclave, plus a central park with sports, lagoons and wellness amenities.
