ENN Erdgas abandons $11.5 billion takeover of ENN Energy

ENN Erdgas has abandoned its planned restructuring and the $11.5 billion takeover offer for ENN Energy, as well as plans for a secondary listing in Hong Kong. The company cited uncertainties over regulatory approvals on the mainland and in Hong Kong as the reason.
