EnviTec Biogas predicts muted earnings development for 2026 and proposes dividend suspension for 2025

EnviTec Biogas forecasts total output/revenue of €330–370 million for 2026 and EBT of €5–15 million. Management attributes the weaker results to the loss of double counting of THG-quotas, more difficult marketing of biofuels and project-related profit deferrals into the following year. Higher revenues and earnings are expected for 2027. The executive board and supervisory board propose not to pay a dividend for fiscal year 2025; EBT for 2025 was €26.0 million (previous year: €44.0 million) on revenues of €312.6 million. » More on de.investing.com
