iShares BIC 50 UCITS ETF remains tradable on Euronext Amsterdam after 28 October 2025

iShares II plc clarifies that the euro‑denominated share class BIC 50 UCITS ETF USD (Dist) (Ticker BRIC NA) will continue to be traded on Euronext Amsterdam beyond 28 October 2025. iShares: AEX index expanded from 25 to 30 constituents

iShares announces that the reference index of the iShares AEX UCITS ETF will change because Euronext is increasing the number of AEX members from 25 to 30. At the same time, the criteria for liquidity screening and the capping method will be adjusted; the changes take effect around 22 September 2025. iShares intends to update the prospectus on the implementation date, and the adjustment may affect the fund's holdings and sector weightings. » More on de.investing.com
Silk Road Group plans $400 million bond issue

Silk Road Group Holding announces an issuance of senior, unsecured and guaranteed bonds of $400 million with a five-year maturity and a two-year non-call period. The securities are to be listed on Euronext Dublin and are guaranteed by several subsidiaries that together cover around 102% of consolidated EBITDA, 98% of revenue and 78% of total assets (2024). J.P. Morgan Securities will act as stabilization coordinator; UBS, Galt & Taggart, Oppenheimer and TBC Capital are stabilization managers with a potential overallotment of up to 5%. Minimum subscription is $200,000; the bonds are not registered in the US and are primarily aimed at qualified investors outside the United Kingdom and EEA member states. » More on de.investing.com
