Qt Group Q3 2025: revenue falls, EBITA under heavy pressure — IAR acquisition completed

Qt Group reports net revenue for Q3 2025 of €40.7m (-3.4% YoY) and an EBITA of €4.3m (-58.5%), with the EBITA margin falling to 10.5%. Net profit was €1.4m, operating cash flow €32.4m and cash balance €93.9m. The acquisition of IAR is complete and is expected to contribute around €8–10m to net revenue in 2025; certain transaction costs are estimated to burden EBITA by €6–7m. For 2025, management expects, at constant exchange rates, revenue growth of 3–10% and an EBITA margin of 20–30%. The share fell 5.53% to €38 following the results. » More on de.investing.com
