  • Fagron: Q1 2026 sales exceed expectations, margins remain under pressure

Fagron reports Q1 2026 sales of €263.4m (+10.3% yoy; organic +3.2% CER), driven by strong performance in Latin America and M&A contributions. Management sees short-term margin pressure from dilutive effects of recent acquisitions and normalization of GLP-1 sales in North America. For 2026 Fagron expects organic growth in the mid to high single digits (CER) and an REBITDA margin of around 20%, with synergies expected to raise the margin to about 21% by 2027. The stock dipped slightly after the results were released. » More on de.investing.com

  • Fagron posts record result in 2025: organic growth 9.1% and rising REBITDA margin

Fagron achieved revenue of €952.2m in 2025 (+9.2%) and organic growth of 9.1% at constant exchange rates. REBITDA increased by 10.9% to €192.9m with a margin of 20.3%, and free cash flow climbed 29% to €125.9m. The net leverage ratio fell to 1.2x despite 12 completed acquisitions that strategically strengthen growth and market position. For 2026 Fagron expects mid- to high-single-digit organic growth and a slight margin improvement, but sees risks from currency effects, supply chains and integration tasks. » More on de.investing.com

  • Fagron buys companies in Singapore/Malaysia and Brazil and strengthens APAC and packaging business

Fagron has announced two acquisitions: a business for non-sterile compounding prescription medicines in Singapore and Malaysia and Vepakum in Brazil (packaging manufacturing). The two targets together generate around €26m in revenue and €6.7m EBITDA (EBITDA margin 26%). The purchase price is €55m, equivalent to an entry multiple of about 8x EV/EBITDA; pro forma the acquisitions increase annual revenue by around 3% and Fagron’s EBITDA by about 4%. The transactions will be financed from existing funds and are expected to raise the net leverage ratio only marginally by about 0.2 percentage points; the initial multiple effect is estimated at 1–2% of market capitalization. » More on de.investing.com
