  • Fiskars Q4 2025: record free cash flow offsets declining comparable EBIT

Fiskars reports a declining comparable EBIT for Q4 2025 of €32.8m (prior year €42.9m) alongside a record free cash flow of €91.5m. For the full year comparable EBIT fell to €76.4m (2024: €111.4m) and the gross margin declined. Management plans a restructuring in the Vita division with around 310 job cuts and annual savings of about €28m, expects one‑off costs of roughly €9m, and aims for an improvement in comparable EBIT in 2026. The board proposes an unchanged dividend of €0.84 per share; uncertainties remain due to inventory reduction measures and US tariffs. » More on de.investing.com

  • Fiskars: Vita drives sales, but comparable EBIT falls sharply - split planned

Fiskars reports Q3 2025 net sales of €259m (+1.3%), while comparable EBIT fell from €24.3m to €13.9m. The Vita division posted strong sales growth (+8.2%) but was hit by inventory reduction measures, whereas other Fiskars segments showed more stable margins. The free cash flow deficit narrowed; net debt to EBITDA is 3.7x and remains well above target. Management plans to separate the two divisions into standalone subsidiaries by early 2026 and has refined the 2025 EBIT guidance to €90–100m. » More on de.investing.com

  • Wedgwood to freeze production at Staffordshire factory for 90 days

Owner Fiskars said Wedgwood will halt production at its Barlaston factory from 29 September for 90 days, placing about 70 staff on temporary leave due to weaker demand and elevated inventory in key markets. Factory tours at the World of Wedgwood attraction will also be paused with plans to resume early next year. Fiskars, which reported a sharp fall in pre-tax profit and lowered guidance partly due to US tariff impacts, said Barlaston remains central to its heritage and operations. » More on theguardian.com
