GCL Global Holdings posts 45.7% revenue increase and returns to profit

GCL Global Holdings reported a 45.7% revenue rise to USD 142 million for Q4 2025 and returned to profitability after a net loss in the prior year. EBITDA almost increased tenfold to USD 10.8 million, and gross profit grew 59.5% to RMB 21 million. Game-publishing revenues climbed to USD 16 million, while the stock fell 4.61% to USD 3.04 after the results were announced. GCL Global Holdings subsidiary 4Divinity closes global publishing deal for WWII shooter "The Defiant"

GCL Global Holdings confirms that its subsidiary 4Divinity has signed a global publishing agreement with Hangzhou Hoothanes for the PC shooter "The Defiant"; a console port is under review. 4Divinity will handle marketing, distribution and platform negotiations and, under conditions, will gain control over release strategy and monetization as well as a 90-day right of first refusal for additional titles and transmedia rights. According to InvestingPro, GCL has a positive balance sheet with more cash than debt, and also announced a joint venture with Harmony Capital (fund size 100–150 million RMB), the issuance of a warrant to OCBC in connection with a 5 million SGD financing facility, and a stake of more than 90% in Ban Leong Technologies.
