Genprex partners with Roche Diagnostics to validate TROP2 biomarker in NSCLC
Genprex announced a collaboration with Roche Diagnostics to validate biomarkers for patient selection in NSCLC studies using Roche’s TROP2 antibody. Preclinical and clinical data from Genprex show that high TROP2 H-scores and low PTEN H-scores predict response and longer progression-free survival. Roche will conduct the assay validation with the antibody, and Genprex plans to use the same antibody in its validation studies, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2026; integration into the clinical NSCLC program is to follow.
