Disney group: cruise ship Disney Adventure arrives at Mukran port

The Disney Adventure, built in Wismar, has docked at the industrial port of Mukran on Rügen after a slow passage across the southern Baltic Sea to bunker fuel and take on water. Work to complete the 342-metre ship is continuing on board; sailings carrying around 6,700 passengers each are planned from December in Southeast Asia. Disney has sailed the cruise ship 'Disney Adventure' out of Wismar after completion; its first destination is Mukran, and from December 2025 it is to operate in Southeast Asia out of Singapore. Further construction had been uncertain after the insolvency of MV-Werften and their client Genting Hongkong, but Disney had the ship finished and refitted.
