Glenveagh approves new remuneration policy and CEO option plan despite significant opposition
Glenveagh shareholders passed a new remuneration policy and a special option plan for the CEO at the general meeting, despite 28% and 35% voting against the respective resolutions. After feedback from major shareholders, the remuneration committee raised exercise prices and tightened the shareholding requirement in the final proposal. Glenveagh 2025: partnership business grows 60%, revenue and margins rise
Glenveagh delivered 2,568 units in 2025 (+11%) and achieved a record revenue of €926m, with group gross margin rising to 21.4%. The partnership business made a significant contribution: revenue increased from €238m to €381m, and gross profit multiplied to €69.3m. Net debt fell to €168m, EBITDA rose to €147.7m and profit after tax to €107.6m. Glenveagh Properties increased group revenue in 2025 by 7% to €926m and posted a gross profit of €198m with a gross margin of 21.4%. EPS rose 18% to €0.20; the residential development segment sold 1,490 units and contributed €545m, while the partnerships segment grew 60% and delivered €381m.
