Grafton Group set 2026–2030 targets including more than £850m of cumulative free cash flow, adjusted EPS growth above 10% CAGR and return on capital employed of about 13% by 2030. Management said the plan relies on stronger growth in Ireland and Iberia, with Ireland the group’s “powerhouse” and Iberia aiming for about £1bn revenue by 2030 through organic expansion and acquisitions. Capital allocation priorities are organic development, ordinary dividends (cover 2–3x), sensible acquisitions and potential buybacks or special dividends while maintaining an investment‑grade balance sheet and lease‑adjusted net debt/EBITDA of 1–2x. Grafton Group launches share buyback programme of up to ÂŁ25 million
Grafton Group has announced a share buyback programme of up to £25 million, to run until no later than 31 August 2026. Up to 15,611,936 ordinary shares may be purchased on the London Stock Exchange and subsequently cancelled to reduce share capital. Goodbody Stockbrokers will act as agent and Deutsche Bank as principal; repurchases will be carried out within prescribed parameters and in accordance with relevant EU and UK rules.
