Gurit raises 2026 annual forecast – stock jumps 19.45%

Gurit reported H1 2026 net sales of CHF 154m, an adjusted operating profit of CHF 16.9m and a gross margin of 24%, all markedly better than a year earlier. The company raised its outlook for continuing operations and now expects constant-currency revenue growth of 9–11% and an adjusted operating margin of around 10% for 2026. Net debt fell to 1.4x EBITDA, and Gurit expects improved free cash flow in the second half. Tobias Lührig has been relieved of his operational duties at Gurit with immediate effect and has resigned; the company cites his desire to take on new challenges as the reason.
