  • Hafnia reports strong Q2 profit thanks to high tanker rates

    Hafnia recorded a net profit of $277.8m in the second quarter of 2026 (vs. $75.3m a year earlier) and earnings per share of $0.56, slightly above estimates. Revenue/TCE income amounted to $372.9m and missed expectations. The company strengthened its balance sheet with a loan-to-value of 13%, paid its 18th consecutive quarterly dividend and is supporting profitability through persistently high spot rates, gains from ship disposals and locked-in rates for the coming quarter.
