Halyk Bank buys 107,413 own GDRs in buyback programme
Halyk Bank acquired a total of 107,413 of its own Global Depositary Receipts between 17 and 21 November 2025 at a weighted average price of $24.47 per GDR. The transactions, executed through Citigroup Global Markets on the XLON, BATE and CHIX exchanges, had a total value of $2,628,410.92; the largest daily volume was on 21 November (28,802 GDRs). Halyk Bank purchased 59,352 of its own Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) for approximately 1.53 million USD as part of a buyback program between November 10 and 14.
