Hav Group reports 38% revenue growth and quadrupled EBITDA in Q2, order intake weak
Hav Group recorded a 38% revenue increase in Q2 2026 to NOK 267.3m and an EBITDA of NOK 17.3m, more than four times last year’s level, while the net loss was NOK 8.7m. NES contributed most with 58% revenue growth and an EBITDA margin of 15%; Hav Design and Norwegian Greentech were down or saw projects deferred. Order intake was low at NOK 35m; management expects decisions on tenders in H2 and confirmed the 2026 outlook. Hav Group reports strong revenue and EBITDA growth in Q3 2025
Hav Group recorded revenue of NOK 193.7m in the third quarter of 2025 (+44% YoY) and positive EBITDA of NOK 1.5m versus -24.8m NOK a year earlier. Cash balance rose to NOK 271m and total order backlog stands at NOK 1,266m, supported by NOK 171m in new orders in Q3. Management announced new leadership in the ship design segment, a focus on realizing higher-margin orders, and a review of M&A opportunities.
