Helios rejects StoneX offer for CAB Payments
The Helios consortium will not support StoneX Group’s non-binding takeover offer of 110 pence per share for CAB Payments and will not give an irrevocable commitment. Helios is continuing to work on meeting regulatory requirements for its own offer and holds or has commitments for a total of around 52.50% of CAB Payments’ issued share capital. Helios Technologies beats Q4 forecasts and stock rises pre-market
Helios Technologies reported non‑GAAP EPS of $0.81 for the fourth quarter of 2025 (expectation $0.72) and revenue of $210.7 million (expectation $196.83 million). Gross and operating margins expanded significantly, free cash flow reached a record level, and operational transformations as well as product innovations drove the result. Ameos reports hacker attack possibly affecting patient and employee data
According to the company, the July hacker attack on hospital group Ameos also affected data of patients and staff; Ameos has set up an information website where affected individuals can submit data access requests. The company is working with authorities, external forensic experts and the Landeskriminalamt, stresses that patient care has been secured at all times, and is now reviewing individual cases.
