Henderson Far East Income granted authority to issue new shares

Shareholders of Henderson Far East Income voted at an extraordinary general meeting to allow the board to allot up to 10% of the issued ordinary shares without pre-emption rights and a further 10% if the first authority is fully used. Both authorities expire at the next annual general meeting or 15 months after the date of the resolution; the board may enter into agreements to issue shares at a later date before expiry.
