Hirose Electric announces share buyback program worth ¥15 billion

Hirose Electric plans to repurchase up to 1 million shares (3.03% of outstanding shares) or shares worth up to ¥15 billion. The buyback period is planned from 5 January to 31 July 2026. The move follows earlier buybacks of ¥15 billion (Aug.–Nov. 2025) and the previously announced intention to repurchase shares worth ¥60 billion between 2026 and 2029.
