Libro to close 34 branches this year and deepen cooperation with Pagro
MTH subsidiary PL Handelsgesellschaft confirms the closure of 34 Libro branches this year; six have already closed, reducing the network from 162 to 135 locations. Libro and Pagro are to work more closely together with joint advertising, coordinated purchasing and assortment strategies, and product exchanges (Pagro will take a “best of” selection from Libro, while Libro will expand its craft supplies). IM Cannabis reports that it has met Nasdaq’s minimum shareholders’ equity requirement of $2.5 million and will therefore remain listed and tradable on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Jane Street files appeal in India against Sebi order over market manipulation allegations
The New York firm Jane Street has filed an appeal in India, demanding access to key documents that it says were withheld by securities regulator Sebi from its defense against market manipulation allegations. Jane Street points to earlier reviews that found no evidence of manipulation and has asked the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Mumbai to order Sebi to provide that access.
