Indel B focuses on aftermarket: revenue slightly up, net profit down

Indel B recorded a 1.9% revenue increase in fiscal year 2025 to €207.4 million, driven by aftermarket growth of 18% to €79.8 million, while the OEM business fell 9% to €92.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose to €23.7 million (11.4% margin), but adjusted EBIT and adjusted net profit declined to €16.0 million and €10.2 million respectively, weighed down by acquisition costs and higher financing expenses. Net financial debt increased to €17.1 million, cash conversion improved to 83%, and management aims for further growth through acquisitions such as Indel Seefahrt and expansion of the leisure and North America businesses. » More on de.investing.com
