Inghams Group reports sharp profit decline, shares fall 9.9%
Inghams Group reported FY2026 revenue of AUD 3.2bn (+2.4%) and adjusted EBITDA of AUD 186.4m; reported net profit after tax fell 61.5% to AUD 34.6m. Cash conversion improved to 105.5% and operating cash flow remained strong at AUD 313.7m, but could not offset margin pressure from cost inflation and one‑off stabilization expenses. Management expects adjusted EBIT of AUD 155–180m for 2027 and sees continued pressure from feed, freight and packaging costs.
