Ingredion secures Tate & Lyle shareholders' approval for takeover offer
Tate & Lyle shareholders have approved Ingredion's cash offer to acquire all issued and to-be-issued shares. Ingredion expects the deal to close in the second half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. The company forecasts annual net cost synergies of about $130 million by the end of 2030 and expects adjusted earnings per share to be accretive in the first year after closing.
