  • JetBlue opens second BlueHouse lounge at Boston Logan and expands access

    JetBlue will open a second 12,000-square-foot BlueHouse lounge on August 27, 2026, in Terminal C of Boston Logan International Airport, featuring food service, a bar, workstations and a games room. The airline is expanding complimentary access to customers with Mint and Mint-Flex fares in Boston and New York; previously only Mosaic-4 members and holders of the JetBlue Premier credit card had free access. Mosaic-4 members and cardholders will continue to receive one free companion, Mint guests pay $39, and single-use passes for Mosaic 1–3 members and other cardholders cost $59–79.   • JetBlue promotes Jeffrey Winter to head of operations

    JetBlue has promoted Jeffrey Winter to senior vice president for flight operations, inflight service and maintenance, bringing him onto the senior leadership team. Winter will consolidate the three departments under unified leadership and report to COO Warren Christie. The reorganization is intended to strengthen coordination across operational areas and support the "JetForward" strategy.   • JetBlue introduces domestic first class and new fare system

    JetBlue is restructuring its fare system and introducing four onboard products: Main (formerly Core), EvenMore, BlueFirst (new first class for domestic flights) and Mint. Within each product, customers can choose the fare options Base, Standard or Flex; Base is the cheapest option without seat selection, Standard includes seat selection and no change fees, and Flex allows refunds to the original form of payment for eligible cancellations. No Base fares will be offered for Mint.
