Karnov Group reports Q2 growth and launches AI-powered workflow solution

Karnov Group posted revenue and profit growth in the second quarter: core business “Online Legal” rose by 7% and the adjusted EBITA margin climbed to 25%. At the end of June the company introduced an AI-powered workflow layer, expanding the platform with a third product segment. The stock jumped sharply in pre-market trading, driven by margin improvements, cost savings and continued share buybacks; leverage stood at 2.0x and adjusted free cash flow was -14 million SEK.
