Kerry Group increases admitted A ordinary shares by 4,850 for employee schemes
Kerry Group has issued 4,850 A ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.125 and allocated them to employees under its participation schemes (allocation period 1 to 31 July 2026). The new shares are fully fungible and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market under existing global admissions. Kerry Group: Genevieve Berger to chair sustainability committee
Kerry Group said Genevieve Berger will become chair of the sustainability committee with effect from 31 July 2026, succeeding Fiona Dawson. Dawson will remain a member of the committee. The committee will consist of three independent non-executive directors: Berger (chair), Dawson and Catherine Godson. Kerry: volume growth in first half exceeds expectations
Kerry reported volume growth of 3.5% in Q2 2026, slightly above consensus estimates. Adjusted EBITDA for the first half was €558m and the margin rose by 60 basis points to 16.7%. On a currency-adjusted basis, adjusted EPS for H1 increased by 7.9%; the full-year 2026 guidance remains for currency-adjusted EPS growth of 6–10%, with roughly a 3% currency headwind. Free cash flow in the first half was €262m, well below consensus, which the company attributes to working-capital movements and timing-related higher capital expenditures.
