Solidgate has integrated Klarna into its payment-orchestration platform, enabling merchants to offer instant payments, interest-free instalment purchases and longer-term financing via Klarna without additional setup. The payment methods are available in all European markets where Solidgate operates, reaching Klarna’s customer base of 120 million consumers. Klarna presented solid operating data at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia: revenue in Q2 +27%, transaction margin in US dollars +42% and ARPU +24%. The US, with around 30 million users, is now the largest market, while Germany lowered its volume forecast by about 3% due to weaker online sales. AI use has substantially reduced support costs and helped increase revenue per employee from roughly $400,000 to $1.4 million.
