K+S under pressure after weak Mosaic numbers
K+S shares fall after the US rival Mosaic published disappointing quarterly figures; Mosaic’s stock briefly lost about ten percent and is currently down roughly eight percent. Mosaic missed expectations in its phosphate business due to mechanical problems at a sulfuric acid plant and logistical delays, which disrupted production and sales in Q3.
